I enjoy spending time with my family, attend my son's weekend soccer games and my daughter's dance competitions. I am apt at making meaningful connections with children and work at helping them develop ownership for their own learning by acknowledging their strengths to work on areas they need help on. Having two elementary aged children provides me with direct access to curriculum expectations and guidelines. I have a degree in early education, have been teaching since 1994 and can't imagine doing anything else other than teaching!
